Duration

The minimum duration of the Bachelor of Science (Honours) Community Education and Lifelong Learning in Policing Degree is three and half years.

 

Entry Requirements

To be eligible for admission into the Bachelor of Science (Honours) Degree in Community Education and Lifelong Learning in Policing programme, applicants must be practitioners in the field of Adult Education for a minimum period of 5 years and have one of the following:

 

  • At least two “A” Level pass or an approved equivalent.

OR

  • Have five “O” Level passes including English Language and a relevant professional qualification.

 OR

  • Have passed the Diploma in Adult Education of the University of Zimbabwe (or approved equivalent) with a pass and will be considered for entry at Level 2.

 

Candidates who hold a Diploma in Adult Education will be credited with Level 1 credits.

 

Where necessary, applicants may be required to attain a satisfactory standard on any entrance test which the University of Zimbabwe may deem necessary.
