Duration

The minimum duration of the Diploma in Community Education and Lifelong Learning in Policing is one year.

 

Entry Requirements

To be admitted to the Diploma programme, a candidate must have satisfied the minimum conditions for entrance to Diploma studies at the Zimbabwe Republic Police Staff College as prescribed in the University of Zimbabwe General Academic Regulations and any additional requirements contained in the Diploma in Community Education and Lifelong Learning in Policing Regulations.

 

A student may apply for special entry or mature entry into programmes offered by the College in accordance with provisions as prescribed in the University of Zimbabwe General Academic Regulation.

 

Specific Program Entry Requirements:

To be eligible for admission into the Diploma in Community Education and Lifelong Learning in Policing programme, applicants must:

  • Have five “O” Level passes including English Language.
  • Be a practitioner in the field of Adult Education.
  • Have attained a satisfactory standard on any entrance test which

the College may deem necessary.

The program targets practitioners in the field of Adult Education.

  • Trainers at various Training Centers (PUCs, Staff College etc.)
