Police Staff College is the highest learning institution in the Zimbabwe Republic Police. In our quest to achieve excellence through training, we proudly offer a diverse range of degree, diplomas and short courses. Our programs are tailor made to cater for our diverse target audience which also include members from our sister organisations and other government departments. We endeavour to produce graduates who are fit for purpose in line with the demands of the Heritage -based Education 5.0 philosophy, thus our programs are a mixture of theory and practice.
Policing in 21st century now demands law enforcement officers who are in sync with the emerging sophisticated ways which are being used by criminals to circumvent our traditional investigations methods. To this end, we have introduced two college-wide modules which will be learnt by all students enrolled at the college. Crime Management and Contemporary Policing will go a long way in equipping our law enforcement officers with sharpened tools to face criminals head on. We will continuously review our programs so that they remain competitive in this ever-mutating policing landscape.
